Hi at all, i'm approaching to buy a kit of the Workbee series and before the purchase i wondering if i can do a CNC hybrid lead screw with also the belts). I explain more fine: i want to realize a cnc size 1000 x 2000 and i'm thinking to buy for start the kit 1000 x 1000 led screw type and also additionals piece of alu profile of C-Beam and V-slot to arrive at 2000mm and the belts GT3 to lead the Y axes. All this because i think that in this mode the X axis could be more strong due the lenght of 1mt and for Y axes i'm forced to use the belts due the 2mt. It's possible such setup or i will have problems ? Also every suggest about it is welcome.
    Thanks in advance.

The workbee 1510 is lead screw on the z and belt on the x and y. I modified mine to be belt on X and leads screws on Z and Y.

Hi, thanks for reply... then... to arrive at my goal i must take the kit 1510 (X axes 1000 x Y axes 1500) like base and to add alu profile C-BEAM (to long the Y Axis) and V-Slot 20x80 (for more long spoiler base support) to arrive at 2000mm for Y axes...... and the X axis ? i dont' want X axis with belt but with lead screw.... I can ?
    Thanks
