Any suggestions on ways to tighten up the z axis on a Workbee? All my pockets have very obvious lines due to inconsistent depths. I'm guessing about 4 thousandths. Or am I asking too much?
    Thanks

Check your lock collar. I've had to reset mine twice for the same reason. You can do it without disassembling the axis which is nice. However, be careful not to let go of it once you loosen the grub screws. I've had to fish mine back to the top with a magnet.... twice.

The other thing to check is backlash which would indicate a worn anti-backlash nut. Pretty sure you need to disassemble to adjust that.

Could also be that the router is not perfectly at right angles to the base (if its actually a sawtooth pattern).
