Hi all, I have an OX cnc, converted to plasma. Everything is working (almost) fine. I have a strange problem.. I calibrated the axis, and they are spot on (100mm). Only a strange behavior with the X axis. When i tell it to cut 70mm, it does 65mm. Not once, but 10 times in a row on rectangle box. The Y is always spot on, tell it to cut 100mm, it does 100mm. Tell the X to cut 70mm, it does 65mm.. Anyone has an idea? Greetings, Erik
Mechanical: slipping pulley/shaft coupler on motor shaft, or something else loose Or Intermittent wiring break / loose terminal
