Hi all I have an x-pro v4 that I ordered from open builds parts store in the us on 13th jan 2019. I haven used my machine since I finished making my Christmas present at the start of December. I went in my shop this morning to find that my laptop wouldn’t connect to the xpro. In the device manager it was showing unrecognised device. I thought it was a bit strange but I had an Xbee module so I put this on the controller and tried to connect to the xpro. initially things looked good but after about 15 seconds, the connection terminated saying that it couldn’t find a GRBL 1.1 controller. has anyone else had this problem? I’ve contacted the parts store and they have replied saying they’ve passed the email onto spark concepts, but I feel a bit let down by this board, having it only 50 week, is it worth trying another controller?
