I have been using openbuilds software since I bought my x32 black box a year ago. I have a mach 3 license but almost never use it. It has been working fine on my shop pc including last week. I turned on the pc yesterday to do a project and it automatically started an update. Now I am getting error codes and the machine wont connect to my com port. I keep getting "supported firmware not found, port closed" error codes. I have tried the flash firmware from the menu and I get an error code for ep32 not starting, port closed (or something close to that) I keep getting error codes for 64 bit required ( I thought I had 64 bit windows 10 pro, turns out it's only 32 bit) I have tried to uninstall latest program and re-install. I have tried to install an older program that worked. The program has been working fine for over a year on this computer, until this update. I am having a hard time buying that I have another issue when it was only after the update that I have issues. Openbuilds team is currently trying to help me resolve but thought I'd put it out here for any additional help. TIA for any help.

If i am not mistaken, you have an open ticket with support for this already correct? If so lets continue that discussion, same group of people, multiple platforms, will just make it harder to communicate.
