Recently replaced the X-controller on my X-carve with the Blackbox X32. X32 seems to be working just fine for normal router carves etc. Trying to now connect my existing Jtech 14w laser to the X32. I'm not getting any voltage output at the PWM terminals on the side of the Blackbox, nor are the PWM strength LED's illuminating at all. When I use CONTROL to enable/ fire the laser i hear an audible "click" and the "Tool On" LED illuminates, but nothing on the PWM side. $32 is enabled Screenshot 2023-12-30 153156.png .

Just to confirm, you are using the Tool On menu?

Any miswire/shorts earlier that could have damaged the PWM port? (disclose is always best, otherwise we spend time trying to find other causes)

Screenshot is incomplete, please provide full Grbl Settings backup as text file by going through CONTROL > Grbl Settings tab > Backup Settings button on the toolbar

Correct, using the Tool On menu. No known miswires or shorts.
