Xpro & OpenBuilds NEMA 23 Stepper Motor

    hi all
    can i run the NEMA 23 Stepper Motor with xpro controller while the motor is 2.8 A.

    i tried buy the heat sink on the xpro driver is too too hot.

    any advise.

    Yes, you can, if you point a fan at the Xpro.
    Set the current to ~2.0A - not optimum for the motor, but good enough for most applications.
    If you need the full torque the motor can provide, it needs 2.8A, and you'll need proper drivers: DQ542MA Stepper Motor Driver
