    Hello everyone,

Is there anyone that can help me by pointing me in the right direction regarding the voltage of the stepper motors I can use for my 600x600 cnc?
I ordered a xPro v5 and would like to know the which stepper size , V and Amp, would be the best for my project.
I build a dual Y axis unit that I am planning to power in a XYYZ fashion.
It is my understanding that the xPro is set for 2.8 amp as default but I am unclear on the voltage part.

As you can gather from the question, I have a bit to learn yet and any assistance is appreciated

You will be using 24V, steppers are rated by current and inductance, voltage rating is related to inductance and current, lower inductance is better for low voltage like 24v.
You can use just about any stepper at 24V but high inductance (typically labeled as "high torque") will like higher voltage like 36 or 48V.
By "like" I mean they will operate at reasonable speeds for our applications, voltage is speed. I know its confusing, many resources out on the web that explain it better than I can here.
    Cheers
    Gary

Any of the motors from openbuildspartstore.com will do, they were purposely designed with low inductance and appropriate performance characteristics for the typical machines and controllers on here
