Hi, this is my first time setting up a CNC machine.
    I got a stronghold one 1250X1250 with Blackbox 32.

In the OP control, I've noticed the XYZ limits are always triggered.
Then I typed in $5=0 to open the switches, then I see 'OFF' sign instead and when i bring a metal piece close to each end stop switches they are corresponding on the display.
But it seems like I have to do this process every time I connect to the machine, is that the correct way?
And do I have to switch on "Limit switches installed" toggle as in the image?

    Cheers

Are you clicking 'Save to Firmware' button (top left) after you made the changes?

Hey, set $5=0 and save it with $$. Enable Limit Switches Installed. Keep wires away from motor cables, and add 0.1uF capacitors if needed.
