    Hi!
When homming cycle sometimes Y2 is far about 1mm ... 2mm.
Y1 always at the same position.
    How to correct this?

A few things can cause this. Here are some things to check

1 - You havent specified the machine type (belt or screw driven) but check motor couplers on screw driven or gear on belt driven. Make sure they arent slipping on the motor shaft.
2 - Gantry isnt square. I had a similar issue with my machine. The ends of the X axis C beam wasnt cut square so every time I powered off the machine, the gantry would move out of square.
3 - Y2 motor is loosing steps due to:
    - wiring issue (loose/broken wire),
    - driver overheating and cutting out
    - the nutblock (if screw driven) isnt properly tightened
    - belt (if belt driven) not tensioned properly and is slipping
    - binding on Y2 side

If it holds square with motors on and both stationary and moving around, then its probably a frame not square issue.
