Hi I have a Lead 1010 and a black box controller, I designed and cut a part with no problem, , I attempted to cut two more parts after I press start job the router comes on and the Z limit sets off for the High alarm ? can some one help me with this please,,
Is this a soft limits alarm? - if so check that the safe height (clearance height) you set in your cam software isn't too high, and that you have enough room above your workpiece for the initial "raise Z to safe height" move. Alex.
