    Hey there,

I'm not sure whats going on. But this morning I started a cut, following the same steps as always but for some reason my z-axis raises to the limit switch and then trips. Stopping the cut.

    My Steps.
    1. Post .nc from fusion 360
    2. Home machine
    3. Set zero using probe
    4. Start cut

    I have uploaded the .nc

    Thougths?

    Line 14 uses G28.

We'd strongly recommend you use OUR post docs:software:fusion360 [OpenBuilds Documentation] which uses Machine Coordinates (much less complicated that using G28 coordinate system for safe moves). Instead ours simply require you to HOME (which you should anyway do). Also a tonne of other improvements - best to use our Post

I mustve posted the wrong file. I changed it after multiple failed attempts. I am using this post and have always been using G54

Its clear that it wasnt generated using the OB fusion post processor. Look at the header

The OB header has the post name and version.

ok, so I don't know how it happened but the machine setup did get changed somehow.
Which is weird. I had to reinstall fusion this week but it made 3 good cuts before z-ing out before the cut today.

I have fixed it in the machine library and the first cut seems to be working.

Thank you. Its been a stressful morning and in my haste I was obviously was being dumb.
