I've built a Cbeam machine that works well but has some flex in the zone axis that I'd like to get rid of. I've attached a video. The wheels on the x axis are all brand new, I've adjusted the concentric out as far as possible but it still has some flex. Ideas on what's next?

put an ordinary rod in instead of a tool.
grab the rod and push forward/backward and then side to side. you will be able to feel any movement and then work toward seeing where it is, and then fix it.
