z-axis not moving on openbuilds 1515

Hi, am in the process of the final installation steps of my 1515. Using the controller I can move the x & y axis with no issues. But when it comes to the z axis, the motor seems to not spin but turn and then kickback.

With the unit powered off, I can manually raise and lower the z-axis. It moves with ease.

I have removed the motor and re-installed it.

I have watched the video a few extra times looking for something I missed.

My next thought it to swap the z motor with the x and see if the x-axis becomes problematic and z works.

Before doing that I thought I would reach out to see if anyone has a suggestion.

I checked each wire and tested until I found the issue
