    Hello everyone! how are you?
I would like you to help me with a problem that I have in my machine. In the attached video you can see a movement that makes me the z axis and that I would like to remove but I don't know how.
What do you recommend me to do?

    thanks a lot!!!

Hi Urko, Looks like most of it is from the wheels under your gantry being loose, adjust the eccentric spacers, so they are not loose.
    Cheers

If the eccentrics don't draw all the wheels in tightly you need to have a discussion with your system vendor.

Ok, well they usually are on the bottom, and should be adjusted till it tightens up the wheels, looks like they already adjusted maxed out? I can see the text on some of the nuts.
If you run out of range with the eccentrics like Rick said you need to contact your vender. Or mod it yourself.
