C-Beam® Tension XL Linear Actuator Bundle

In this Build, we will put together a linear actuator that incorporates a tensioning system
so we can achieve longer lengths while still including a lead screw transmission.

The result is strength and accuracy without lead screw “whipping” and we are really happy with the results.

The gantry cart is capable of being mounted 90 degrees to each other creating
either an X/Y system or even an X/Z system for a CNC machine.

• Travel for the 1500mm version is 1365mm.​
