Having built one myself now, and being the first time building a printer, it's been a fantastic process. Carl did a great job putting this together, a huge benefit to the community.

Great stuff! I'm looking to build something similar but with a larger build area. I'd really like to see the source files because I can't get the openbuilds rails where I am either.

I started with QUBD 2UP - then started research. It lead me to CoreXY and 12x??. I started designing then found this - PERFECT well almost. Making a few mods of course but I love it Carl. Can't wait for 1st print - though it may be a while as my 2UP is a little slow.

This is the best CoreXY design I've found to date. Easily expandable, the parallel belt runs are excellent, and the use of v-rails is vastly superior to the "linear" bearings that most use. I'm a big fan of all the choices in this design and I'm likely to try implementing it next year. Congrats on the build!
