The fluid comes from two pressure tanks with an internal mixing system to keep the fluid from separating over time. With air pressure, the fluid is forwarded to the mixing valve. The mixing valve has the option to calibrate the flow of each fluid into the static mixing tip. The mixing valve also has a suck back feature to prevent the fluid to drip and mix unevenly inside the static mixer.
All pressure tanks, valves, and mixers come from Vmatic.
The controller and motor driver and motors from PoLabs running Mach4 on a computer.
Power supplies from MeanWell and Lambda.
Relays from Omron.
Dual row terminals from UKK.
Mechanical parts from Openbuilds.
Control cabinet and all parts not extruded on the machine is self-made by aluminum sheets.
