V-BEEM (v1) Mini Horizontal Milling machine .
A simple-to-build CNC construction that uses all the advantages of the OpenBuilds system.
Unlike classic CNC designs, the V-Beem allows the spindle to be mounted horizontally.
Thanks to this, we can use the machine, for example, to drill holes laterally.
There are plans to expand this unit to process edges up to 2 meters long.
V-Beem CNC can be easily handled by OpenBuilds BlackBox.
The structure of the unit consists of 2 basic OpenBuilds systems:
- C-Beam XLarge X/Y Table Bundle
- C-Beam® XLarge Linear Actuator Bundle
The above ready-made kits need only be expanded with a few components.
