Basic structure size: length 1000 mm, width 1100 mm, height 800 mm
The machine is made of the following components:
The basic structure is made of steel profiles 40 mm square size, material thickness 3 mm. The structure is made by mig welding technology. Transport wheels are plastic structure 80 mm diamtru, mobile lock.
The basic structure were mounted two aluminum profiles 40 mm T-slot. 40mm aluminum profiles constitute a rigid base for the V slot 20 mm.The link between the two aluminum profiles was achieved by drilling 40 mm profile in 4 points and screw nut t M 5.Basic structure is strengthened to 600 mm of the ground with profile of 40 mm square steel 3mm thick mig welded technology.
As you can see in the image on the basic structure was mounted support for a PC and a 17-inch LCD monitor. The holder can be easily removed by unscrewing two screws M10.Support for PC and LCD monitor is made of square steel profile 40 mm thickness 3mm same technology mig welded.The basic structure can be adjusted to the ground by 4 screws M 25.Ca result intrermediul adjustment screws M25 by roller transport system can be easily removed by withdrawing the wheel carrier of the basic structure.
