To build the table, I used 2x4s, 1/2 inch plywood, and 3/4 inch MDF. To assemble the table I used 2 1/2 inch deck screws. For the drawers, I used MDF for the sides, fronts, and backs. For the drawer bottoms, I used 1/2 inch plywood. I used woodworkers’ glue and a pneumatic 1 1/2 inch brad nailer to assemble the drawers. I used 22 inch ballbearing drawer slides. You can make the drawers as deep and as high as you like. I wanted to make sure I would have room for my vac as well as room to store materials. You can look at the pictures to get an idea of how high and deep to make the drawers. My drawers are 22 inches deep the three drawers on the left and one on the top right are 3 1/2 inches high outside dimensions with the plywood bottoms nailed between the front and side drawer boards.
For the dust collection system, I made some modifications to the OpenBuilds dust collection system made from 1/2 inch conduit. Because my table is made of wood I used 3 eye hooks made for screwing into wood and evenly spaced them on one of the 2x4 corner legs. To keep the conduit from falling to the ground, I installed a 1/2 inch angle iron just below the lowest eye hook.
For the drawer handles, I downloaded and printed a file from www.thingiverse.com
Portable self-contained Lead 1010 table
Build in 'Cartesian Style CNC' published by Frank Del Favero, Jul 18, 2022.
I have a two car garage NOT devoted to 3d printing or CNC. I have set aside a space for my 3d printer and a place to store my portable CNC table. The reason it’s portable is so that I wheel and can use my Lead 1010 outside where it won’t make a mess in the garage. The table is self contained. It houses a vac system as well as my CNC tools and supplies.

Reason for this Build
The reason I built this portable table is because I did not want to get dust on my Corvette. -
