The UltiBots CB3030 CNC machine is based on the C-Beam™ Machine - Plate Maker designed by Mark Carew, and it incorporates many upgrades from this community including those of Kyo and Ronald van Arkel.
Currently working on an electronics enclosure with emergency stop button, drag chain for improved wire management, and variable mister with compressed air.
160702 ~ added very preliminary BOM and added source files of plates on GitHub. Drag chain and emergency stop button arrived. Waiting on enclosure.
160704 ~ Happy 4th... refined BOM, added pricing, totals, and notes. Added MDF to default build and moved custom cut 30X250 Extruded Aluminum as an option.
160718 ~ Added first cuts video. Still waiting on step clamps, blocks and mister setup.
UltiBots CB3030 CNC Router

The UltiBots CB3030 CNC uses C-Beam, V-Slot and an extruded aluminum T-Slot work table. This allows 6mm T-Nuts, step clamps and blocks to secure materials to the work surface. The all metal design makes the use of a mister possible.
