At simple sight anodizing aluminum can be a daunting task.... but its quite the opposite. I found an tested for over a week ( yes i know, i should have said a year to sound more interesting ) a process from Ken the chemist. he explain the ratios and process to anodizing using safe materials

In this video project i made Wawa the dog her own dog tag by milling aluminum and the anodizing it.
