Hey! Order 46448 was received damaged - 4 C beams out of the entire order. Packaging looked good with no damage to package beams were in for shipping. They were also packed well and secure in packaging. Attaching pictures. Sent email from email address the order was placed with - Sent 3/17/17 w/ pictures and have not heard back. Sent message on Facebook. Is there a contact #? Also sent message via forum to staff. Order 46448 Last name - Williams "One 500mm C-Beam has a void that looks like possibly a manufacturing defect. One 1000mm C-Beam has been deformed at the edge. I see no damage on the packaging. One 1000mm C-beam has a nick in the outer edge. It is something I can work with, but want to bring it to your attention As well as one 1500mm C-beam is bowed. Laying a straight edge across it, a gap of 2-3mm can be seen under the edge.
