    Hello,

I have been trying to determine if the T&T collets are ER-11 or ER-16 size. Does anyone know? I bought the Extreme Precision Collet Kit from PreciseBits.com but want to find alternative sizes that they do not sell.

Which Extreme Precision Collet Kit? There are a half dozen to choose from depending on which router you specified you were getting it for.

I amended the link to point to the DW611 Extreme Precision Kit. I didn't realize I had originally put in the wrong link.

These are custom fit to the Dewalt 611 routers and only fit the Dewalt 611 or the Porter-Cable 450 routers. Nothing else will be a direct drop-in. Your choices of other sizes can be found here and here (second chart). For reference, you'll note the 23.04x12.01 dimensions of the Dewalt 611 collet don't match anything on the ER collet chart.

    It uses a ER-16 wrench

I know, I have a set. But it's the size of the opening in the spindle the collet fits into that matters not the size of the nut they hold it in with.
