We are introducing the Cairo30 3d-printer! It’s our new premium creature with no compromises! The Cairo30 3d-printer is the culmination of our accumulated years of experience designing and producing open-source CNC machines kits.

We are introducing the Cairo Mini 3d-printer! It’s a DIY fully Open-source Reproducible 20x20cm 3d-printer. The original goal of the Cairo Mini 3d-printer is to create a low-cost 3d-printer below 220$(3500 LE). That anyone can build with ease.

The frame of the CNC is going to to Bee a basic Work Bee with maybe 1 modification to the spoil board attachment. This will be located on a custom bench housing the electronics and vacuum. I plan to install Stepper online steppers, drivers, power supplies, and break out board. I will add a 1.5 KW water cooled spindle, with a radiator. The fans from the radiator will pull air from a filtered enclosure for all the electronics.

A CoreXY/Bowden design with a belt driven Z axis. This is a box design without the front end of the box, making the print area and maintenance, like changing a nozzle, easily accessible.

Phlatprinter foam cutting CNC machines are awesome space saving mills that use a rotary axis as a sheet feed.

Delta printer designed in sketchup and includes an adjustable bed.

Just some repairs and upgrades to my drill press and mitre saw using c-beam.

This build is for a testing rig to use while testing out different controller boards and CAM software for milling and routing. It is in the early stages, planning is complete, parts are ordered. Awaiting parts delivery to start build. Please not the BOM only covers parts from the OpenBuilds part store. I will be posting the other required items very shortly.

Open source clock movement stand

This is a stool, designed in 18mm wood for a cnc router, it's easily scaleable to different wood-thicknesses, in 18mm wood it takes up 1200*1200mm. It can be assembled without screws, nails or glue and can therefore also be easily disassembled.

This is a simple, yet rugged design, weighing only 6 lbs and with 13x13x14" volume with a 8x8x6" build area. While assembly is pretty simple, the small size and rigidity of the design make shipping assembled printers attractive.

A Rostock style delta bot with the parts which are typically 3D printed made from medium density fiberboard (MDF). It uses a home made hot end.
