1000mm x 1000mm C-Beam XXL CNC with external drivers and high torque Nema 23 motors, 2.2KW Spindle with VFD.

This build is to show what's possible as well with openBuilds! I use a single ArduinoMega and 5 separate stepper drivers (A4988). The LEDs are all NeoPixels. Collision 'detection' is all done within the code, so the endstops are only sensors I use in this build. I'm a self-employed video-artist and this is my first installation which just needs power and it runs (where I'm quite proud of). Normally my interactive installations take a long setup time, so this installation is a relief :)

We want to present you the new design of the device which is Router Sled. The whole structure is made of aluminum elements and ensures good quality of the device. Quack Ball is a game in which the objective is to knock down moving ducks. The ducks are protected by a barricade that moves at a very fast speed. The game can be played individually or by two or more players. Each round consists of a total of ten targets to shoot and each player will have four balls to shoot. Prior to beginning play, a player selects how many ducks, maximum four, the player will knock down continuously. If player fails games is over for that player.

I just did my first Powder coat paint job on a Z Axis with 9inchs of travel for the DIY CNC Plasma Cutter, Mill Head, Router, Engraver, Laser Head, Water Jet Cutter Machine. 2 different Z Axis ride plates and a 80mm Router/Mill Head/Spindle clamp. Baked on finish in a old oven i had.

V-SLOT profiles and OpenBuilds accessories give us many possibilities. We decided to build a manual ROUTER SLED using only components of the OpenBuilds system. The design is simple to build, construction takes little time, and the frame is easy to transport.

This is an Openbuilds LEAD 1510, modified to supports a liquid cooled 1.5Kw spindle. The movements are made with lead screw on all three axes.

The frame of the CNC is going to to Bee a basic Work Bee with maybe 1 modification to the spoil board attachment. This will be located on a custom bench housing the electronics and vacuum. I plan to install Stepper online steppers, drivers, power supplies, and break out board. I will add a 1.5 KW water cooled spindle, with a radiator. The fans from the radiator will pull air from a filtered enclosure for all the electronics.

Stinger displays images in the air by using a single column of LEDs. Special computer code converts graphics to pixels; then, the pixels are send to the strings of LEDs, which with the help of of the motor's fast movement the most colorful are displayed on thin air.

Planning my build, just looking for design input at the moment. I definitely want a slave X axis. I am potentially going to go with one of the 1500W Chinese water cooled spindles.
