The Plastic Beast CoreXY Printer
In my opinion, this is the easiest and most complete tutorial to walk you through building a large platform 3D printer and the Sketchup File is included for you to make any changes needed.. The Plastic Beast is a CoreXY Printer with a build platform of 440mm square. You can print 600mm or about 23 inches diagonal. Any level of user from novice to expert should gain something from my tutorial.
G&C Printer
The name of the printer is G&C Printer from Good & Cheap Printer. My goal was to design an printer that was good print quality and was cheap. The total cost of the printer is about 490€.

SCoreXY
Currently I have Velleman/3Drag K8200 modified and CNC machine self built and wanted to use both to make new 3D printer. After looking at different designs I liked Voron a lot and have decided to go that way. Currently I have ordered majority of parts and build shall start soon. I don't plan to rush it as I am usually 2 months home and 2 off. Today done some electronics. Looks ok. https://youtu.be/ls_tl54ruE0

Alternate approach is to trim two 20x40 and 1 20x20 rail by 6-8mm each. Build volume ~400mm cubed (with dual extruders). Use of only openbuilds components! Currently in design phase...

Live D-bot build at MRRF 2017 (Mar 25-26)
I will be attending the 2017 Midwest RepRap Festival (MRRF) with a small team of printer enthusiasts with a goal to fully assemble a Core-XY D-bot onsite during the event. This is our first attempt at building a D-bot and we will be learning things as we go. Our hope is to have the entire machine assembled, wired, and functional (at least to the setup and testing phase) before the end of the show. Please attend and watch us in person or visit our feed channel during/after the event.
MOJO 3D

QuorXZ: A String-driven, Core XZ Printer
The QuorXZ doesn't magically appear. It's gestation takes time, careful attention, and requires many parts. However, when it is ready, a magical, mechanical instrument is born....(and when you finally say its name, it sounds a little bit like "corks").
Kraken Core-XY Printer
Core-XY build witha quad nozzle
Mushu - Large Scale CoreXY
20x26x28 inch Build Volume CoreXY. Unlike many builds, I've decoupled the XY movements from the Z-Axis lead screws to help prevent Wobble, will be using linear guide rails, and mains powered bed heater, and a bed that is Allowed to thermally grow. This build is JUST narrow enough to fit through a standard sized doorway.

LayerFused X301 - CoreXY Large Volume Printer
The X301 is a CoreXY 3D Printer that has a small footprint and a large 300x300x330 build area. The open style of this printer breaks the "Cube" mold of many other printers in this class but still retails rigidity and great performance.
V-rex , Low cost CoreXY
Easy to build,low-cost, CoreXY
Corexy laser
I have tested my Opt Lasers laser module on a "open" frame for some time. Decided that I want to test a corexy setup and combine it with a boxed/enclosed design - my goal is to get high precision + a safe setup with protection from the laser light + a fan to extract the smoke/exhaust..
Gauthali V2.0 DIY 3D printer
This is based on core XY kinematics. First of all, we designed a CAD model. Most of the required parts are designed by us in solidworks software, and some parts are downloaded from a web platform ‘grabcad’. After that we assembled those parts and inspected them in solidworks. The designed CAD models are frame of 470mmX392mmX545mm SBR linear guide rod, linear guide holder, lead screw, motor mounts, pulley, bed mount, idler block, timing belt clamper.

CoreXY - Tower Printer
I wanted to try a different way of operating the Z Axis so I setup a tower using 40x40. In the end it worked excellently and can easily print 60mm/s with 150mm/s travels. The coreXY is a very cool kinematic, and you can get some pretty great speed and accuracy. The main issue is the fact your Steps/mm are doubled, so the lower end motors don't like it at high speeds.
InDoreXY
A Large CoreXY build that can just barely get in through a doorway, aiming for under $1000. Build Volume approximately 18in x 24in x 26in.
The Artist Formerly Known as Prints
